Selling like hotcakes: IHOP expands to take advantage of Albertans’ love of breakfast
The Glendale, Calif.-based company plans to expand its IHOP — International House of Pancakes — brand with new restaurants in Edmonton, Calgary and Medicine Hat. It was in 2011, that Alberta’s first IHOP opened on Calgary Trail and 39th Avenue.
